1. Where is the departure point of Hanoi electrical car?

-          Line 1: West Lake tour: In front of Tran Quoc Pagoda, Thanh Nien Road, Hanoi.
-          Line 2: Hanoi's Old Quarter tour: Opposite Thang Long Water puppet Theatre, Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. (Hoan Kiem Lake).

2. Where does it travel?

All services are scheduled to travel through West Lake or Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Alterations to the trip could be made due to traffic disruptions.

Line 2, Hanoi’s Old Quarter tour:
You will be picked up at the meeting place and travel through following streets:
-          Hang Dao,
-          Hang Ngang,
-          Hang Duong,
-          Dong Xuan,
-          Hang Chieu,
-          Nguyen Sieu,
-          Lo Ren,
-          Hang Dong,
-          Hang Vai,
-          Hang Buom,
-          Ma May,
-          Hang Bac,
-          Hang Bo,
-          Bat Dan,
-          Hang Quat,
-          Luong Van Can,
-          Le Thai To,
-          Hang Khay and Dinh Tien Hoang

You will be introduced the Old quarter when passing its 28 streets and make visits to the 03 most outstanding places in the Old Quarter for 30 minutes each.
You can select 03 destinations for visit among the following places:
1. 48 Hang Ngang relic site
2. Huyen Thien Pagoda
3. Quan Chuong protective gate
4. Cathedral
5. Monument dedicated to King Le Thai To
6. Monument dedicated to King Ly Thai To
7. Ngoc Son Temple
8. Dong Xuan market
9. Bach Ma temple
10. 87 Ma May ancient house

3. How much does it cost?

Line 1, West Lake tour:
Charges:  
- 80,000 VND/pax for high adults and 55,000 VND/pax for children from 0.8 - 1m35 for 35 minutes non-stop around West Lake tour.
- 560,000 VND/ 7-seats electric car or 800,000 VND/ 10-seats electric car for 1.5 hour tour. Stop parking in the sights at 02 points in 15 minutes (you can choose places to ask to stop visiting).
Services include: Insurance, electrical car
Not included: Food, drink, guide, entrance fee...

Line 2, Hanoi’s Old Quarter tour:
Ticket price: 20,000 VND/pax for 35 minutes
- 150,000 VND/ 7-seats electric car for 35 minutes tour
- 250,000 VND/ 7-seats electric car for 01 hour tour

Tour included:
- Electric car to pick up you at time and destination at your request

Tour excluded:
- VAT, personal expense, meals, tour guide
- Entrance tickets to sightseeing places

Notes:

- If you want to stop at other destination apart from the three places already select, you'll pay additional 50.000 VND.

4. When does it operate?

Line 1, West Lake tour: 8h00 - 21h00 daily
Line 2, Hanoi’s Old Quarter tour: 8h30 - 18h00 daily

5. What is the seating capacity on an electric car?

7 or 10 passengers

6. Does the electric car allow wheelchair access?

Due to sizing restrictions we are unable to board wheelchairs and walking frames onto the electric car.  Standees or sitting on the floor will not be permitted under any circumstance.

7. How is payment required?

Full payment is required at the time of departure for an individual ticket. Payment can be made by cash at booking offices.
For online booking for group tickets, major credit cards or Paypal are accepted.  Alternatively you can visit our office or book online in advance now.

8. Will I get motion sickness?

Our trams are moving vehicles traveling at low speeds, normally 12km/h. If you are prone to motion sickness there is a possibility you may experience minor motion sickness. We recommend you consider sitting in the direction of travel.

Where to get your Vietnam Visa stamped at the airports?


On arriving to Vietnam airport, you come to the “Landing Visa” counter and show the Approved Letter to get your Vietnam visa attached on your passport, also known as stamp. You need to pay for stamping fee as well.

The visa and Immigration procedures at Hanoi airport (Noi Bai Airport) and Ho Chi Minh airport (Tan Son Nhat Airport) are simple and straightforward. The process should take around 15 minutes. Photo service is available, however, it is strongly recommended that you have your visa photos taken in advance.

AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE CIRCULAR NO.66/2009/TT-BTC, OF MARCH 30, 2009 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE STIPULATING THE REGIME ON COLLECTION, REMITTANCE, MANAGEMENT AND USE OF FEES ON PASSPORTS, VISAS AND PAPERS ON ENTRY, EXIT, TRANSIT AND RESIDENCE IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Charges and Fees No.38/2001/PL-UBTVQH,of August 28, 2001, the Government's Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002, and Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP of March 06, 2006, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 136/2007/ND-CP of August 17, 2007, on entry and exit of Vietnamese citizens
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP of November 27, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of Director of the Tax Policy Department;
The Minister of Finance promulgates Circular amending and supplementing the Circular No.66/2009/TT-BTC, of March 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the regime on collection, remittance, management and use of fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam as follows:
 Article 1.
To amend and supplement clause 1, clause 2, clause 4 and clause 6 section II of Annex on table of fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam promulgated together with the Circular No.66/2009/TT-BTC, March 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance with clause 1, clause 2, clause 3, clause 4 as follows:

 Article 2.
1. This Circular takes effect on January 01, 2013.
2. The other content relating to fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam not mentioned in this Circular shall be implemented under provisions in the Circular No.66/2009/TT-BTC, of March 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the regime on collection, remittance, management and use of fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam.
3. Organizations, individuals subject to pay fees and relevant agencies shall implement this Circular.  In the course of implementation, any arising problems should be reported to the Ministry of Finance for consideration and settlement.
